 至2016年底遼寧共報告HIV愛滋病疫情13000多例，其中瀋陽地區6000多例，隨著檢測力度的加大及高危人群對自身健康的重視，會有更多的HIV感染者被檢測出，而且伴隨國家治療政策的改變，有更多的感染者需要進行服藥治療。因為感染者在不同階段會有著不同的需求，需要不同的幫助。

Red Ribbon紅絲帶門診服務： 感染者和病人檢測陽性後要定期到中國醫科大學紅絲帶門診進行相關的檢測、隨訪、取藥。一些檢測必須是空腹的，而且需要很長的時間才能完成。瀋陽螢火蟲工作組的工作人員和志願者長期在紅絲帶門診為關懷對象提供“一對一”“面對面”的服務，解決關懷對象提出的相關問題。具體的服務內容：

- 早餐服務 Free Breakfast：為檢測的感染者、病人提供麵包、牛奶免費早餐服務；-

- 信息、諮詢服務 Information：為關懷對象提供相關治療、社會福利信息及治療及用藥諮詢；

- 轉介服務Referral：為關懷對象提供轉介治療、協調住院等；志願者服務：感染者、病人提供檢測預約、結果反饋、預約醫生、代取化驗單、代取郵寄藥品、陪診、陪檢服務等；現場解決感染者、病人提出的相關問題；

- 提供免費早餐、面對面諮詢、志願者服務 Free breakfast, face to face consultation, volunteer service 34586 people

- 代取化驗單take a single test single 365 people

- 代取郵寄藥品handling medicine delivery of 5491 people

- 預防檢測 Prevention of 1500 people.
