2015年“世界海洋日”的主題為 “我們的海洋，我們的寶藏 Our Ocean, Our Treasure”

今年 2015 再黎過

2008年12月5日第63屆聯合國大會通過第111號決議，決定自2009年起，每年的6月8日為“世界海洋日”。早在1992年，加拿大就已經在當年的里約熱內盧聯合國環境與發展會議上發出這一“World Ocean Day 世界海洋日”提議，一年都有一些國家在這一天舉辦與保護海洋環境有關的非官方紀念活動。但直至2009年聯合國才首次正式確定的“世界海洋日”，聯合國希望世界各國都能藉此機會關注人類賴以生存的海洋，體味海洋自身所蘊含的豐富價值，同時也審視全球性污染和魚類資源過度消耗等問題給海洋環境和海洋生物帶來的不利影響，而2015年我們的“世界海洋日”的主題被確定為
“我們的海洋，我們的寶藏 Our Ocean, Our Treasure”

活動目的希望能 :

- 鼓勵家庭樂 ~ 世界中青少健康活動

- 提倡身體和心靈的健康~
- 提升珍惜海洋的資源~《瀕危野生動植物種》~過度捕撈
- 保持潔淨的海灘

廣大的海洋佔地球總面積70%以上，提供地球超過70%的氧氣，深深影響全球氣候。近年來，全球因大自然災害所造成的經濟損失，有逐年增高的趨勢。「全球暖化」及「氣候變遷」成了全人類必須正視的重要課題。沒有健康的海洋，就沒有健康的地球，而海洋生態金字塔的立體性與豐富度，是地球的健康指標！

the ocean provides such as seafood as well as marine life itself for aquariums, pets, and also a time to appreciate its own intrinsic value. The ocean also provides sea-lanes for international trade. Global pollution and over-consumption of fish have resulted in drastically dwindling population of the majority of species.

Anna Christianne Ho is a mother of 2 adorable children who finds her passion in living & promoting a full balanced life. She specializes in an interdisciplinary approach to fitness integrating weight training, Pilates, yoga, boxing. Her instructions help her students to reeducate the mind & body to alleviate inefficient habits & tensions, liberating the body & balance the mind. Let go of limitations, blockages. 活動期間 ~ 重要事項：免責聲明
- 如果你怕蟹, 請帶拖鞋。
- 如果怕曬死, 請自備Sunshine防曬霜。
- 如果你想要一個古銅健康膚色,請帶錫紙。

- 如果你害怕被海水濺濕, 請帶水靴。　
- 如果你不想餓死, 請捐錢給耀陽午餐。
- 如果你害怕狂風暴雨 , 請大家幫忙一起祈禱。
- 活動期間, 太開心死或笑死, 主辦機構一概不負責; 合辦機構將負責Call 999。

**注意 : 如當天早上6時後仍有3號風球或以上/ 黃色暴雨警告或以上，活動日期將會順延直至另行通知**
**Attention : In case of typhoon signal #3 or above / heavy rain warning is hoisted ,
the event will be postponed until further notice***

· 8 號風球, 黑色暴雨警告,惡劣天氣,不可抗力，或本機構未能控制的情況下，活動將會延期。耀陽行動(“本機構”)不為此負上任何責任。

· 在活動期間，個人損傷, 死亡及/或財物的任何損失，本機構及導師一概不負責, 亦無須為此作出任何賠償或負上任何法律責任。

參加者須確保自己身狀體況良好適合參加此活動,並且確認及同意自行承擔活動之所有風險。倘於活動期間參加者受傷, 參加者自行承擔一切責任以及任何經濟及其他損失。

參加者攜帶至活動之一切個人財物，參加者確認及同意自行承擔所有風險。倘於活動期間, 參加者之個人財物損毀，遺失，或遭受任何經濟損失或隨之發生之損失, 參加者自行承擔。

· 本機構可以在有關本機構之任何宣傳物品中（包括但不限於本機構之任何網站），或就本機構之任何推廣或籌款活動，使用參加者, 其隊友或支換隊員，於參與本活動期間之影像及聲音進行攝影，錄影或錄音所得之任何照片，影片，錄影帶，錄音帶或其他影音製品，而事先毋須諮詢任何人或取得任何人批准，亦毋須就此向任何人支付任何款項。

聲明 : 在交回本申請表時, 本人已細閱、明白及同意參加是次活動之條款及重要事項。

· In case of typhoon No. 8, black rain warning, poor weather, force majeure or events beyond the control of Sunshine Action Ltd., the "Sunshine Charity Beach Carnival" (“Event”) will be postponed, Sunshine Action does not accept liability for postponement, delay or cancellation resulting therefrom.

· Sunshine Action and/or the instructors do not assume any liability for personal property of the participants attending, and/or personal injuries or death suffered during, the Event. Participants shall ensure that they are fit and proper for attending the Event, and confirm and agree that he/she take parts in the Event entirely at his/her own risk. In the event that the participant suffered any personal injuries during the Event, he/she is responsible for all liabilities, damages, costs and expenses suffered or incurred thereof. Any personal property brought to the Event shall be at the sole risk of the participants. In case any personal properties of the participant are lost or stolen, he/she shall bear all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses incurred and/or associated therewith.

· Sunshine Action Ltd. retains the right to (without reference to, and without the prior approval of, or any payment to, any person) use in any publicity material connected with Sunshine Action (including without limitation on its website) or in connection with any of Sunshine Action’s promotional or fundraising activities, any photograph, film, videotape, record or other reproduction of the image and/ or voice of the participants, his/her teammates or members of his/her support team who take part in the Event, generated or utilised at the Event.

Declaration : By returning this form and participating in this event, I confirm that I have read through, understood and agreed to all the terms and important notes of the Event.
